AutoSleepĪutoSleep is our favorite of the third-party Apple Watch sleep apps, as it stands.Īs the name suggests, AutoSleep's key feature is that it works automatically, unlike some sleep tracker apps that require you to tell them when you're getting into bed.ĪutoSleep takes the thinking out of the process, but it's also good when it comes to accuracy. This is some of the most important and fascinating data – but like much of what the Apple Watch does, it's a little hidden, and requires more interpretation by the user, compared to the sleep scores provided by the likes of Fitbit and Whoop. You can also see a breakdown of heart rate and blood oxygen during sleep as well.
